Shipping policy

We ship worldwide using Canada Post and UPS. Items ship within 3 business days. Shipping within Canada is $25, shipping to the USA is $35, and shipping outside of North America is $40. If an item is lost, please contact merchandise@pgcougars.com. Local pickup is also an option. Items can be picked up from the Cougars main office at 102-2187 Ospika Blvd S, Prince George, BC Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm.
